@lboue are you sure that your accessories folder doesn't contain duplicated entries? Can you check with the help of homebridge ui settings page ?

@lboue good finding ! This is the reason why my same device doesn't provoke the error: I have 2 different names. Your proposed solution break the compatibility with cached accessories....
