Starting VM causes system to be stuck in post

I'm on an AMD 7900XT and I've got my VM working without hooking to verify that the VM side works and it runs well. However, when I launch the VM hooked, my system unhooks the GPU and my monitor goes into "sleep" not detecting the GPU. I've had it sit for a while and it will not display the VM and I have to Ctrl+alt+del to have the system boot back to Manjaro. I'm not sure if this is the same issue as your guide reports because the system itself is completely unresponsive.

I've tried to manually select the PCIE device in birt manager and it replicates the same issue when I click apply, after selecting the device it's almost like the GPU isn't able to get hooked to the VM I do have SVM and IOMMU enabled in bios
