Mac Version give segmentation fault before closing

The mac version of ilastik, gives a segfault when closed. The last message on the console is cleaning up .... Problem still to be better investigated.

It's not mac specif, also the latest linux version gives the same segmentation fault. Related to some the Qt thread.

on windows theres no segfault. Maybe it is pyqt4 version specific?

my version (without segfault win 7 x64) pyqt = '4.8.4' qt = '4.7.2'

Hi Christoph, we are currently not in Heidelberg so I did not investigate further this problem which seems related with some threading problem in the viewer. You can try to build the version for linux with the script into the ilastik directory, (I tried some days ago and it worked almost out of the box) or you can talk with markus-nullmaier for further details. you might have to update the scripts due to recent requirements of vigra (look vigra commits requires now hdf5 1.8) Best
