Added missing 'LagrangeHalfCPolynomialSubTo' and commented out an extra assert. Now it compiles with Nayuki portable and debug mode.

No functionality changed in the code, just made it compilable with Nayuki (portable) and debug mode.

And my modest plea: let your editor delete the white spaces at the end of lines please 🙏 It makes a mess in the diff. Thanks ✌️
