ikvmc build output needs cleanup

ikvmc outputs all build output to STDERR instead of STDOUT. When these are piped to files, it looks like we have a failed build because the error log is > 0 bytes and the regular log is 0 bytes. This seems like an odd design choice. Ideally, we would only see hard failures in STDERR and warnings and other messages in STDOUT.
