compatibility with Live Preview editing mode

currently the plugin renders the code block in Live Preview editing mode. ideally it would render in reading mode when the cursor isn't on the code block

Thank you, Live editing was a new feature, so I guess it'll need some conditional rendering. I'll be working on it this weekend
