Retrobit Prism adapter has horizontal line with Xgimi horizon pro projector
I am using Retrobit Prism GC adapter. Firmware is updated 3.1. Using Xgimi Horizon Pro 4K projector. Picture has horizontal line at middle and up/down part of pic are not even. Other part is more left/right. I guess it’s projector problem because GC used to work with Xiaomi Mi mini projector and Nebula Capsule II. But is there something I can try? Try update adapter to 3.1 and turn off different advanced options of adapter. GC has GC Loader and load games from memory card. I try force pic to 480p from there. No help. Maybe I just need get Retrotink 5x if projector like higher resolution better..
That sounds really weird, can you take a picture of it?
I was going to send pics with messenger. But there’s atleast 4 guys who have same name, so didn’t know witch one was you :-)
Probably none of them.
Thanks. Could you try to disable the "Fix Sync Timing" and/or "Fix Resolution" options in the Advanced Settings submenu?
Thanks. After this It moved to press start/pause level.
Unfortunately this probably means that there is nothing I can do in GCVideo to fix this. You could try to add a scaler or other signal processing boxes between the console and the projector - I've heard that the HDMI input of an Xbox One accepts a wide range of signals, if you happen to own one.
Thanks I have OSSC and been thinking Retrotink5x. Just hoped that it would be possible just with this adapter
That’s strange problem. I try GC with RGB scart and OSSC. 3x mode doesn’t do it. Other modes do. However pic isn’t so good.
Hi, I know this is an old chain but I'm having the same problem. On my LG Oled if I try with a standard display mode the picture is fine but there's pretty significant input lag. When I turn low latency mode on, the input lag goes away, but then I have the same problem as OP, with lines on the screen. Is there any affordable recommended way to fix this issue? I don't have an Xbox one or anything. I was thinking about maybe buying an HDMI switch but I'm not sure if that would help or not. I don't have the money currently to spend on an OSSC or Retrotink or anything.
