Screen tearing

On my TV, I'm having an issue that looks similar to screen tearing.

I have a computer monitor that I can hook up into and the video works just fine there without screen tearing. So this seems to be some compatibility issue with my TV. My TV is a LG 65 UQ8000 AUB. GCVideo version is v3.1

Note that the tearing occurs in every application I've tested. The Wii homescreen, homebrew, etc. For context, I'm using a Wii with a ElectronAVE kit.
