Brief image with Pluto II

Hi, I've been asked to take a look at a Gamecube which would not output HDMI anymore. The Gamecube had a Pluto II rev E board. I redid all the wiring 4 or 5 times, and face the same issue every single time. Upon startup, the image will briefly appear, and then a black screen.

LED patterns seem ok, AV out works, wiring is kept at minimum length.

Any idea?
