Make settings changes for GBIHF more convenient

Most GBIHF presets for GCVideo-DVI require changing at least one setting. If you regularly switch between Game Boy and GameCube games, this can be annoying. It'd be nice if there was some form of preset or shortcut functionality for settings, and even better if it could automatically switch when GBIHF is in use (likely based on the video mode?).
