Steam Deck input not recognized in options.

While it is possible to reconfigure joypad inputs for Steam Deck using config.json, you can't use the in-game options to do so.

To Reproduce Detailed steps to reproduce the behavior, e.g.:

1. Open Mugen in Steam Deck
2. Go to Joystick Config
3. Attempt to reconfigure Joystick settings.

Expected Result Pressing inputs would configure the controls.
