Full screen chooses wrong monitor

When I turn on full screen it defaults to my main screen rather than the screen the windowed instance is in. Am I missing something? How do I choose which screen it goes full screen on?

It's a bug. We will need to add the option to choose on what monitor it full-screens to to fix it.
