Order selection timer

Describe the bug

Enabling order selection in the screenpack should probably make the order selection timers override the normal VS screen duration during team modes. Otherwise the timers are not that useful.

To Reproduce

  1. Increase timer.count in the Mugen1 screenpack

Expected behavior

VS screen only procedes once the order selection timer (and order selection done timer) expires.
