Default screenpack [AttractBGdef]

Describe the bug

[AttractBGdef] currently defaults to a black screen. I had to essentially copy paste the title screen into the attract mode in a couple screenpacks I worked on, so I think it could just default to [TitleBGdef].

I guess this applies even if attract mode is converted to a separate module.

To Reproduce

Enable attract mode without defining [AttractBGdef].

Expected behavior

No need to duplicate title screen in most cases.
