Describe the bug

In the character selection interface, press and hold the "Down Arrow Key" and then press the "Right Arrow Key": At this time, the cursor will move down two spaces in a row!

To Reproduce

For testing, modify the system.def file to "rows = 10" or greater.

When operating in mugen 1.1 b1, the cursor can move normally to the grid of the last arrow key.

Nice catch. Also if you hold down and press right, the cursor will move 2 squares down instead of 1 down and 1 right. Probably the same bug.

Same things happen with up and left.

If instead you hold the X axis first and then press the Y axis, it will move in both directions instead of only 1 square in each.

All minor issues regardless.

It's only a minor menu issue. They work properly during combat.
