"menu.title.uppercase = 1" isn't working

Describe the bug

Unless I'm using it wrong:

menu.pos = 24,94 menu.item.font = 1,0,1 menu.item.active.font = 1,0,1, 128,128,128 menu.item.spacing = 0,28 menu.title.uppercase = 1

To Reproduce

System.def from the MUGEN1 folder has been modified to use the "Enter48" font and feature. Check the attached file.

Expected behavior

Uppercases all menu itemnames.
