Faucet Characteristic

It seems we are missing some information here, when I have the "Active" as on it continues to update the accessory.

I believe "InUse" should be added to the characteristics list, but I am not sure about this.

Will provide a small tutorial for a relay in combination with a RPI3b+ soon.
