Support Choc switch/spacing

It support Cherry, Alps mount. However, a lot of split keyboard is based on Choc spacing. Please support choc switch.

Spacing for chocs is 18mm x 17mm vs cherry mx's 19.05mm x 19.05mm.

The vendor strings are already defined here. Don't ask me why the web interface is not offering it as an option. https://github.com/ijprest/keyboard-layout-editor/blob/d2945e5b0a9cdfc7cc9bb225839192298d82a66d/switches.json#L56

But it's just strings. And it has no information about spacing. As far as I can tell the KLE format is dimensionless.
