导航栏不能正确跳转，而侧栏可以，怎么改？？问题出在哪？

我的博客菜单导航栏不管点击分类还是归档，都只会跳转到根目录下；而通过侧边栏点击分类，却能正确跳转，请问该怎么修改？？
