raw memento support

Hello, would be good if openwayback can support raw memento presentation, see proposal: http://ws-dl.blogspot.com/2016/04/2016-04-27-mementos-in-raw.html

Isn't this a configuration issue with each installation? If not, more details would be needed.

It is not configuration issue. Raw memento is memento without any decoration from archive, so represents original page as close as possible. The proposal will require two timegate endpoints (one points to augmented memento timemap (as current approach) and the other to the timemap with links to raw mementos). It is also will require two parallel timemap endpoints. The replay for the raw mementos in openwayback is already exists and can be accessed with id_ qualifier: https://web.archive.org/web/20160422232759id_/https://www.w3.org/wiki/Main_Page So raw timemap will be list of "id_ " urls.
