RDP Touch redirection

The official Microsoft RD client app for android supports touch redirection, allowing for windows to handle the touch input.

This is, at times, much better then doing mouse emulation since this means you can do touch gestures on the remote device.

Though, the windows client apps do go further and even support pen redirection too so... that would be nice, I suppose.
