bVNC: Add more configurations for defaults

I would love to be able to change the defaults for new connections, specially the default resolution and the extra keys ;)

Hi Mateo,

Just to confirm, you are referring to:

1. The setting under Advanced Settings that allows the VNC client to request the remote resolution automatically, and
2. The Extra Keys functionality which is available under the Menu while the connection is ongoing?

For (1), it would take quite a bit of consideration how to implement it as default settings because it is particular to VNC connections and only some VNC servers support the remote resolution request. I feel like putting it under Default Settings would give people the idea that it's something that should "just work" and would invite many complaints that resolution is not being affected on the majority of VNC servers! This is not a major consideration but is one at any rate.

(2) is a good setting to have under Default Settings.

Yes, those are the ones I'm referring to, I understand that the resolution isn't widely supported, but I think it's important for it to be in the defaults menu anyways. Maybe inside "Advanced Settings" or something like that, which warns the user about it not being widely supported, how about it?
