Support Live Text for video on macOS Ventura

What you want IINA to do: Be able to support Live Text for video. There should be a button when you pause a video on any frame that contains text to be able to copy, translate, look up, share, etc.

What IINA does currently: Doesn't support this feature.

Why you think this should be added: Because it's available in QuickTime Player on macOS Ventura.

Bumping this one. Having to open QT for videos is a huge time killer, for me.

Would love to see this added!
