Add Favicon to GH Pages

This issue is about Favicon on ChefLib.

@aashutoshrathi I've generated the favicon.ico but just can't seem to find how to add it to a jekyll build site. A quick search tells me that the ico should be added to the root of the project. But I don't know that for sure. Can you confirm if that is what needs to be done. I have the repo ready and can make a pull request once you can confirm on this.
