@OFR-IIASA thanks for this. I added the part related to relation_cost. As this cost can be related to relation_total_capacity, relation_new_capacity and relation_activity, I added all of them. I also improved the documentation and corrected some inconsistencies in indexes.

I just notice that your PR is opened under IIASA's remote. I assume you checked this before.
