Maybe: Remove the chute's models when landed or in space

The parachutes models are shown always on the kerbal models. However, there are obvious situations when it cannot be hande, and so should not be shown.

The proposed situations to hide the model:

• Landed.
• In air, but the surface height is below threshold (e.g. 100m).
• In orbit/vacuum.
