internal server error

after I solved the error #43 I run "python setup.py install" then I went on ip:5000 but it says me: " Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application. "

from the logs: octoprint - ERROR - Exception on /intermediary.gif [GET]
