[dev] Debian filesystem with OpenWrt kernel

Since Debian is not fully supported on ramips a workaround is to use the OpenWrt kernel and Debian filesystem as default. OpenWrt kernel .bin file needs to be configured to use the Debian filesystem from the sd card.
