Add right click info on guarded and leprechaun artifacts

Describe the problem requiring a solution

Witch Doctor and Tree of Knowledge and similar objects give the player right click info if the already have visited the object.

These sort of popups should also be used when you have tried try to take an artifact but then it's guarded by a monster or a needs to be purchased by an leprechaun.
