AI heroes should retreat more often if the battle outcome is obvious

Describe the problem requiring a solution
AI heroes do not retreat during very obvious cases when they would definitely lose. Retreating from a battle is more beneficial than just give the opponent to win because the opponent would have more experience at the end.
Describe the possible solution
We need to add more conditions that even even weakest AI heroes should escape if there is nothing much to do during the battle.

This is a save file for the described problem. Go into AI control mode and observe that a blue hero does not retreat even knowing that Golems will destroy Master Swordsmen by the end of the battle: Broken_Alliance_0013.zip
