Cannot type text, when OS language is set to non-English

Describe the bug

Based on a feedback from a user. When typing any texts in game OS language should be set to English, otherwise no symbols appear. The issue is reported for MAC. Since I'm not a MAC user, I can't confirm the issue.

This is the problem with SDL itself. There is no OS-independent solution for such a problem. It is true for any OS.

Currently on my Win10 I can type with any OS language selected.
