Describe the problem requiring a solution

Like in a browser window - can we have ctrl-scroll wheel zoom in and zoom out. To have both a nice wide view of a map, and a more classic view more zoomed into a hero? Or even just hot keys to zoom in and zoom out while keeping the same resolution settings?
