Battle-only dialog: small style issues

Describe the bug

There are a number of issues with the Battle-only dialog:

1. The Evil and Good styles are mixed: the outer border may be Evil, but the inner border is always Good.
2. ~The OKAY / CANCEL buttons in selection dialogs may use style different from the main OKAY button.~
3. ~The pressed states of the buttons have opaque corners that stay after moving the mouse pointer away from the button and releasing the press. This problem exists in both Good and Evil styles, it also exists for the main dialog OKAY button.~
4. ~The shadow under the main dialog OKAY button is wrongly positioned (most likely it comes from the original resource and a button of different width is painted over it).~
