Combat, AI behavior, when an IA troop cannot reach an opposing troop, it should position so that it can reach the opposing troop no matter where the opposing troop positions the next turn when possible (0.9.6 4111)

Describe the problem requiring a solution
In fheroes2, the AI does not optimize the placement of its troops according to the situation, and it is easy to hold a troop at a distance to hit it with damage spells.

Describe the possible solution
In the example, the AI should position his troop of Crusaders in a hex near the center of the battlefield so that he can reach the troop of Dragons no matter where the troop of Dragons is going to be positioned, rather than running behind the troop of Dragons with no hope of reaching them.
