[request] Better handling of embedded webm

Currently when you expand webm files they don't have controls on them unless you right click and enable controls. Even then you can't actually click on the controls since that will just unexpand the image. I'd like to request an option to enable controls on expanded webm files automatically and some sort of better handling of unexpanding them maybe something like how ccd0's fork does it (click and drag left to unexpand)

Or, an option to enable controls on expanded webm files. And only unexpanding when a click isn't on the controls.
