Application unable to launch correctly 0xc000007b

Been getting this error recently when trying to launch the gui exe as well as the console exe.

Launching run_with_cmb.bat gives me this output:

Thinking I might be missing a dll or something but I'm not sure which? I was able to launch cunstom-install fine a month or two ago but since I uninstalled some programs at some point. Tried reinstalling .NET framework as well as Microsoft Visual C++ and nothing done. Running as admin as well, no antivirus interference as far as I can tell.

You need the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable runtime package (X86, not X64 -- even if you have a 64-bit system).
