Custom install freeze at "Starting installation"

Hi !

Everything is in the title. Got Python 3.6.8 for Windows 7

Try to reinstall cias after black logos with good files from 3DS.

But I can't...

Any ideas ? (note slashs are inverted when it was fill automatically)
