Update Python RSF generation scripts to use Python 3

Title says it. It would be really great if you would update all of the Python scripts used for RSF generation to use Python 3, as Python 2 is no longer supported. Besides, I already have Python 3 on my computer, and I'm not really willing to downgrade Python just to use these RSF generation scripts.
