Find alternative to `html5gamepad.com`

site's been loaded with sketchy adware and autoplay ads and is apparently now trying to sell scraped user data

@offalynne any suggestions for replacements? I found https://greggman.github.io/html5-gamepad-test/ by @greggman which looked good but didn't have the full visual controller on it, only the axes. There's also https://apps.nektro.net/gamepad/ by @nektro which is also missing visual controller and shows axes as just bars. Both seem great, though, and both seem to be open source.

i prefer the greggman app but both look good to me!

Ideally we could make it so that clicking the extension button on any page brings up the overlay, which may solve #18 as well. Then we don't have to add permissions for any website that a user might want.
