We have no plans to change this behavior, so we will close it for now as is not planned.
Hello, yes we testing build_tools on the Ubuntu 16.04. You can assembly it with [docker](https://github.com/ONLYOFFICE/build_tools?tab=readme-ov-file#using-docker), this is simplest solution. I confirm this is a bug 71485.
