[Feature Request]: Improve Nx Generate (Ui)

Describe the bug: When we right-click a folder in the Project Explorer and select new Nx Generate (Ui), the plugin shows a long list:

This list is annoying to use:

• using the mouse-wheel to scroll does not work
• pressing cursor down will also not scroll this list (it will move down to the end and even further, but then we don't see the selected item
• so the only way to scroll is to move the mouse to the end of the list and this is very slow

Steps to reproduce: When we right-click a folder in the Project Explorer and select new Nx Generate (Ui)

Expected behavior: There should be an easy/fast way to scroll.
Maybe this should not be a select-list at all - e.g. maybe just open a new dialogue with a search box
