Tag challenges

Greetings,

I don't know if this is the right place for this request, as it is not related directly to VimGolf client but more to website and enhance user experience.

My purpose is to add metadata (tags or keywords) to challenges. There are now 280 challenges, and I'd like to be able to query (and play) those with certain features, my favourites.

For example, here is some ideas of tags families:

• language: html, xml, C, python, java, lisp, ruby, json, php, shell, ...
• purpose: parsing, logs, maths (numbers/binary/primes)
• vim skill: visual, virtual, utf8, sort, indent, split, modeline, regexp (could help for #153)
• keystrokes: <10, <20, <30 (or more subjectively rating: baby, easy, hard, expert, ..)

A small subset of users (the first top five) could vote for tags.
