how to set image cropping frame to be fixed size with moving throughout image.

Right now it does not moving through all image, it has fixed position where it is zooming cropView. all I want is make cropView to be fixed such as 250*250 it should not be zoomIn and with that it should also move throughout the whole image. hope you find some solution.
