Load Config directly

Hi,

I just added a way to load the config directly. I needed this to load in a Dependency Injection provider. Registering with the application in this case didn't allow access to the data (there may be an alternative way to do this though, I'd be very interested if so, I'nm happy to update the README for you if there is).
