We've identified the WSL2.0 issues and will have a fix shortly
We'll add a setting for this but in the meantime you can use /config to make it so that the diff view doesn't use the extension if you'd like.

Hi, any chance you can share the transcript using /bug? You can resume the session with claude --resume if you've ended it already.
What does `code --help` return - is it actually VSCode or any chance it points to Cursor?
