I have build Password Safe v1.18.2 **flatpak** with new wxWidgets verions, but this does not fixes any problem. 
In flatpak v1.19.1 there is already wxWidgets v3.2.4 and this is still a problem.
This: manual resizing allowed the buttons to be hidden.
Tested: Password Safe v1.19.1 flatpak. Works fine. Dialog can't be resized too much to hide buttons. Fixed. Thanks.

@nobugshere, I am not sure we are facing the same issue, I have opened a new [issue 1339](https://github.com/pwsafe/pwsafe/issues/1339) that is Wayland specific bug in Password Safe.
