Message Archive page shows title row wrapping in Edge

Following the implementation of the HTML message archive viewer in #35, I tested it in Edge and found the "Time (UTC)" header in the title row to wrap.

This is using Edge 44 (using EdgeHTML 18, not a Blink/Chromium renderer).
