As mentioned we will close https://github.com/ignite/cli/pull/2556 and create a simpler implementation only include the hidden address flag

This will depends on https://github.com/tendermint/spn/issues/923

@aljo242 we can remove v0.26 tag, the task is no longer in the EPIC for network next iteration
