For a couple months already, we've been on struggle in our own whois tools with this gTLD (sadly seems to be managed by Mexicans like us).

Some other professional Whois tools have the same problems dealing to get the whois data (like who.is), but they do are able to know if the domain is available or not (how is that possible?).

Is this something that can be resolved using RWhois instead of fsockopen or cURL? or how does services like whois.com are still functioning over this?
