Create a release script

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Everytime a new version is released the same steps have to be reproduced:

• bump the version of the app in xcode
• archive the app
• notarize the app
• re-generate appcast
• fix the wrong download urls in the appcast
• add the link to the release.html file for each version in the appcast

Describe the solution you'd like It would be nice to have one script (e.g. bash) that, when given the version, does all the above things automatically
